VISTAS is seeking a Senior SQL Developer to join one of our direct clients. Our client is looking for an experienced SQL professional to support their data warehousing and ETL initiatives.
Location: Remote (Client based in Scottsdale, AZ)
Contract Duration: 6+ months

Role Description
As a Senior SQL Developer, you will be responsible for:
Developing and maintaining complex SQL databases
Designing and modeling databases to meet business requirements
Creating, managing, and optimizing ETL processes using SSIS
Applying analytical skills to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and accessibility
This is a remote contract role with the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a dynamic team.

Qualifications
6+ years of experience in SQL development
Expertise in SSIS and ETL processes
Strong experience with SQL Data Warehousing
Solid skills in Database Design and Data Modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

Preferred Skills
Experience with large-scale data warehouses and performance tuning
Knowledge of best practices for data quality, security, and governance
