Vistas Cloud SMS/Text Messaging Terms of Use

By opting in to or using the Vistas Cloud SMS text messaging service (the “Service”), you agree to these SMS Terms of Use.

1. Program description

Vistas Cloud uses SMS to provide informational and service‑related messages, including but not limited to appointment reminders, onboarding and implementation updates, service notifications, incident and ticket updates, and other account‑related communications connected to our cloud and managed services.The Service is not intended for promotional “blast” marketing and is used primarily for conversational, support, and transactional communications.

2. How to enroll

You can enroll in the Service by providing your mobile phone number through an online form, support ticket, or other Vistas Cloud communication channel and expressly opting in to receive SMS messages from Vistas Cloud. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder’s permission to receive text messages at the provided mobile number.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency may vary based on your use of Vistas Cloud services, support activity, and account preferences. You may receive additional messages when you initiate conversations with Vistas Cloud (for example, by replying to our texts or opening new support requests).

4. Cost and data rates

Vistas Cloud does not charge a separate fee for the Service; however, standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. Your carrier’s rates and fees are your responsibility. Check your mobile plan for details.

5. How to opt out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any SMS you receive from Vistas Cloud. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and you will no longer receive SMS messages from that number, except as required by law or to confirm your opt‑out request. If you want to start receiving messages again later, you may reply START (if available) or re‑enroll through one of our opt‑in channels.

7. Privacy and data use

Vistas Cloud respects your privacy and protects the information you provide in connection with the Service. We only use your mobile phone number, message content, and related account details to deliver SMS messages, operate and support the Service, and maintain records required for compliance, security, and support.

No third‑party sharing of phone numbers or account details. Vistas Cloud does not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt‑in data, mobile phone number, or account details with any third party for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

We may share limited information with trusted service providers (such as SMS gateway providers, phone carriers, and hosting providers) solely to deliver the Service and only under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only for this purpose.

SMS consent and phone numbers are not shared with affiliates or other third parties outside this operational need.

8. Eligibility and responsibility

By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that the mobile number you provide is accurate and belongs to you. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your devices and for any SMS charges imposed by your carrier.

9. Service availability and changes

Delivery of SMS messages depends on your mobile carrier and network and cannot be guaranteed. Vistas Cloud is not liable for delays or failures in message delivery caused by carriers, network issues, or technical limitations. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, and we may update these SMS Terms of Use from time to time. The “Last updated” date will be revised when changes are made.
