VISTAS is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in SQL to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage a wide range of projects, ensuring timely delivery, and will have the technical expertise to understand data management, analyze data, and support project execution using SQL. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align project goals with business objectives and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, and manage project risks and issues.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, developers, and other team members to ensure project alignment and transparency.
• Utilize SQL to gather, analyze, and report on data related to project performance, KPIs, and business metrics.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and ensure data-driven project outcomes.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure successful delivery.
• Manage relationships with vendors and external partners, as needed.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including requirements, design, test plans, and user guides.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, compliance, and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT, software development, or data management projects.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, data extraction, and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
