VISTAS is looking for an Infrastructure Engineer Lead for one of our Fortune 500 clients to join the IT Operations team, operating in a converged IP environment who are responsible for the implementation, enhancement, optimization, and maintenance of the enterprise network and IT infrastructure. The candidate is expected to act as a team Lead

Core responsibilities:

• Key responsibilities include administration of Windows server, Hyper V environment and workstation systems, Active Directory, general network maintenance and troubleshooting.
• This position requires a strong proficiency in end-user support and Windows active directory administration.
• Possess a broad Windows background to support engineering and administrative networks spanning multiple sites.
• 2 years’ experience working end user support, troubleshooting, and customer service support in a Microsoft Windows environment Preferred

• 2 years’ experience working end user support, troubleshooting, and customer service support in a Microsoft Windows environment Preferred. Experience with powershell.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills at all levels of an organization
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and changing priorities
• Active Directory and GPO management experience
• Knowledge of basic networking concepts and working principles.
• Experience with Cisco Routers and Switches and Fortinet Firewall
• Work as a Team lead and ability to mentor Junior Infrastructure Engineers
Location:
• Great Phoenix Area – Hybrid Work – 1 Day atleast On Site. Occasional travel to Las Vegas or other divisions
